AGNTS Copyright Policy
AGNTS is operated by Fawkes Society LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We respect intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report material available through AGNTS that you believe infringes your copyright, how to respond if your material was removed, and how AGNTS handles repeat infringement.
1. Copyright notice
Email a notice to [email protected] with the subject Copyright notice. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- The exact URL or other precise location of the material you want reviewed, with enough detail for AGNTS to find it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
AGNTS may send your notice to the person responsible for the material. Incomplete notices can delay review. Where appropriate, AGNTS may remove or restrict access to material while the claim is reviewed.

2. Counter-notice
If material you are responsible for was removed or restricted because of a copyright claim and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with the subject Copyright counter-notice. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if your address is outside the United States, any federal district where AGNTS may be found, and accepting service of process from the original claimant or its agent.
AGNTS may forward a complete counter-notice to the original claimant. When applicable law permits, AGNTS may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice unless the claimant tells AGNTS it filed a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.
3. Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, AGNTS may suspend or terminate accounts, developer credentials, or integrations associated with repeated copyright infringement. AGNTS considers the notices received, their completeness and validity, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, and signs of abuse rather than treating every unverified allegation as a final determination.
4. Misrepresentations and other rights
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. If your concern involves trademark, privacy, impersonation, defamation, or another right rather than copyright, identify that issue in a regular support request instead of labeling it a copyright notice.
